UK DELIVERY

We currently deliver to eligible addresses within the United Kingdom. The available delivery options and final charges will be displayed at checkout.

DELIVERY CHARGES

  • Standard Delivery: £4.99

  • Express Delivery: £6.99

  • Free Standard Delivery: Available on qualifying orders over £85

Free delivery is applied automatically at checkout when the qualifying order value exceeds £85.

ORDER PROCESSING

We normally dispatch orders on the next business day. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will normally be processed on the next business day.

“Ships next business day” refers to dispatch and does not mean guaranteed next-day delivery.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and begin after your order has been dispatched.

Express Delivery is not guaranteed to arrive on a specific date unless we expressly confirm otherwise.

We will deliver orders without undue delay and, unless another timeframe has been agreed, no later than 30 days after accepting the order.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If you notice an error, contact activenutrition049@hotmail.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered the dispatch process.

TRACKING

Where tracking is available, the details will be sent using the contact information provided with your order.

DELAYS AND MISSING ORDERS

Carrier delays may occasionally occur during busy periods, severe weather or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If your order has not arrived within its estimated delivery period, contact us at activenutrition049@hotmail.com with your order number so that we can investigate.

Products remain our responsibility until they come into the physical possession of you or a person identified by you to receive them.

DAMAGED PARCELS

Please inspect your parcel when it arrives. If an item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs where possible.

Store collection may be selected when it is available at checkout.
